Pre-Sprint Intake

Before the sprint begins, you’ll share relevant materials at least 5 business days before the sprint start date, such as:

  • Brand deck or business overview
  • Current positioning, story, or messaging
  • Product details and category context
  • Packaging, label, or visual direction
  • Website, landing page, or sales materials
  • Target customer and market assumptions
  • Launch, distribution, production, or growth plans
  • Key risks, concerns, or upcoming decisions

This gives us time to properly review the brand before the first live session, instead of using the first meeting to gather basic context.

The sprint runs over 30 calendar days and includes:

4 Live Strategic Sessions

Session 1 - Brand Foundation Pressure-Test

We review the brand idea, founder vision, product logic, category role, commercial ambition, and the assumptions currently shaping the brand’s next move.

This session clarifies what the brand is trying to become - and where the foundation may need to be strengthened before bigger investments are made.

Session 2 - Positioning and Perception Review

We pressure-test whether the brand is clear, differentiated, credible, premium, and commercially understandable to consumers, trade, and partners.

This includes a review of how the brand is currently framed, what may be confusing or generic, and whether the story has enough commercial weight to support growth.

Session 3 - Market Readiness Review

We review packaging, story, channel logic, trade appeal, consumer appeal, launch assumptions, distribution readiness, and the risks that could weaken market response.

The goal is to understand whether the brand is ready for the next stage - or whether key gaps should be fixed before more money is committed.

Session 4 - Growth Decision Roadmap

We identify what needs to be strengthened before bigger investment and define the clearest path forward.

This session turns the audit into a practical decision framework: what to fix first, what can wait, what requires deeper work, and what should guide the next major brand or market decision.

Final Deliverable

By the end of the sprint, you receive a written Brand Readiness Memo including:

  • Key findings from the sprint
  • Brand readiness audit summary
  • Brand strengths and weaknesses
  • Positioning and differentiation risks
  • Packaging and perception considerations
  • Trade, retail, and consumer readiness gaps
  • Growth opportunities identified

The memo is delivered within 5 business days after the final live session, and no later than Day 30, assuming all client materials and feedback are provided on time.

6-Month Expert Access

The sprint includes 6 months of light-touch expert access to Vas, so you are not left alone after the memo is delivered.

You may reach out occasionally when a strategic question, growth decision, or brand challenge connects back to the sprint findings, your brand direction, or your next-stage growth decisions.

This sprint covers one brand.

This is a strategic readiness sprint, not a full brand development project. It does not include brand book creation, naming, logo design, packaging design, copywriting, full go-to-market planning, distributor outreach, sales deck creation, investor deck creation, financial modeling, consumer research, legal review, compliance approval, or implementation support.

Confidential materials may be required for the sprint to be effective. An NDA can be signed before materials are shared, using either your company’s NDA or one provided by our legal team.

If client materials, access, or feedback are delayed, the sprint timeline may shift.
