Pre-Session Intake

Before the diagnostic session, you’ll share a short intake form and relevant materials at least 2 business days before the session, such as:

  • Campaign, content, launch, or marketing materials if relevant
  • Brand deck or business overview, if available
  • Current goals, concerns, or pressure points
  • Any context needed to understand the issue

This gives us enough context to make the live session focused and useful, without turning the diagnostic into a full audit.

Diagnostic Structure

The diagnostic runs over 2 days and includes:

  • Pre-session material review
  • Two focused 120-minute live sessions
  • Pressure-test of one primary growth challenge
  • Short written recap
  • Clear next-step recommendations

2 Live Diagnostic Sessions

Session 1 - Challenge Framing & Strategic Pressure-Test

We clarify the specific challenge, decision, or opportunity you want to pressure-test.

This may relate to positioning, campaign direction, market readiness, digital activation, launch plans, trade appeal, budget focus, or a growth decision you are trying to make.

During this session, we pressure-test:

  • The assumption behind the challenge
  • What may be working
  • What may be weak, unclear, or risky
  • What could become expensive later
  • What needs deeper attention before you move forward

The goal is to expose the clearest risks, gaps, and opportunities.

Session 2 - Direction, Priorities & Next Steps

We turn the pressure-test into clearer direction.

This session focuses on what should be fixed, sharpened, questioned, delayed, or explored next - and which actions should take priority.

During this session, we define:

  • The strongest strategic takeaways
  • The biggest risks to address
  • The most useful growth opportunities
  • 3–5 practical next steps
  • What may require deeper work

The goal is to leave with sharper direction, not just a good conversation.

Final Deliverable

After the second session, you receive a short written Growth Diagnostic Recap including:

  • Key observations from both sessions
  • Main risks or weak assumptions identified
  • Growth opportunities or strategic openings
  • 3–5 recommended next steps
  • Suggested priority order
  • What may require deeper work

The recap is delivered within 2 business days after the second live session, assuming all client materials are provided on time.

Terms & Boundaries

This diagnostic covers one brand and one primary growth challenge.

This is a focused expert diagnostic, not a full sprint or implementation project. It does not include a full brand audit, full marketing audit, full campaign review, competitive research, consumer research, media planning, budget planning, copywriting, design, legal review, compliance approval, or ongoing execution support.

Confidential materials may be required for the diagnostic to be effective. An NDA can be signed before materials are shared, using either your company’s NDA or one provided by our legal team.

If client materials, access, or context are delayed, the sessions may need to be rescheduled.

After the Diagnostic

The 1-Day Growth Diagnostic include 1-month expert access.

However, if the diagnostic reveals a larger challenge that requires deeper work, you may apply the diagnostic fee toward a Marketing Executive Sprint or Brand Owner Sprint booked within 14 days.
